Investing in cheap homes in America from Australia can be good or not so good due to the added costs that can happen… The photo can be very nice but the reality can be not so good once you inspect the property…

To let some person do the investment with your money can be good and other times you may not know what you are getting in exchange and the added costs involved.

Do your home work ask questions about the investment and know what you are getting into… you can make money or the risk is it go’s bottom up.

Just because a person says it is good can be good but other times it can be not what you think, even do a google search on the property and look at the neighbourhood.

Some people will try and invest for you if you do not have the time to do the search some can be good investments and others can be a pyrmid where the top people make some money and you loose the bloody lot.

Now would you invest in a African Mud Hut or would you like to see this first, many small people miss out on the deal of a life time.
To have property you need a green card and a social security card in america or you leave it to a person a stranger you don’t know in trust to do this for you.

I have some local knowlage to buying or investment of homes in Alabama where I live… I have found some homes are just scams and others are real homes and need some big job fixing and then again some homes only need TLC.
