It’s actually very interesting. You get to meet all sorts of interesting people and see a lot of different properties.
I can be both satisfying and frustrating. Sometimes, you can have long periods of not doing anything and other times your working with several clients at once.
It is, however, challenging.

At this time with the sub prime property meltdown, it’d be a good job if you like to starve.

Awesome, but you have to be a self-starter. You need to pick a career that you are good at and you love doing…..not for the money! There are tons of different careers you can do in the real estate business, so pick one!
