I purchased a flat … I purchased a flat in twin tower in Ajman from Al Furqan Real estate Mr . Mohammad Ashraf through their representative Mayfair International in Dubai – Dr. Idrees Rafiq – when they were in international exhibition in Bahrain .. As they are representing UAE since then they didnt issue spa nor started in the construction project and they refuse to give us our money I visited them and they were laughing at my request to get our investment back and said try UAE government to help you

development has … development has slowed but it will be back.the prices have to go down to the right level and occupation of the properties will start again. then development will continue. its only a matter of time.
