One Acre of land (at least) per horse is what I was taught.

It doesn’t say how many acres but it looks big enough for ONE horse IF you will be feeding hay all year and don’t expect to have grazing. People in Southern California keep horses 24/7 in 15′x15′ pipe corrals (which would never be my choice). At least this property looks to give a small turnout paddock.

If its got a proper shelter and at least 1 1/2 acres of pasture, then it will probably be fine.

Since it doesn’t say how much land there is, there isn’t enough! They’ll always tell you more than "big lot" or "lots of land" if there’s actual acreage involved.
Also, that "fence"… not horse suitable.
Were you planning on keeping the horse in the garage? No barn.
Last but certainly not least: what land there is, is "leasehold" – i.e., there is no land at this price. You’d need to upgrade to "freehold", which will cost you more.

A horse needs at least 1 acre of land.
