I plan on moving down to dallas, and on realestate websites I’ve seen an abundance of extremely cheap condos in the range of $20,000 to $30,000. Some around "ABRAMS ROAD". Is this a safe neighbourhood, and would it be easy for a newcomer to dallas to live there not knowing the city very well and so on? If anyone could provide an overview of the area. transit crime cost of living etc…
Dallas is not a cheap city. At that price for a condo, I would think it’s a bad neighborhood. You can call the Dallas police department and ask. Otherwise, call the realty companies and ask them. They have to tell you why the price is so low.
