You can’t buy an island in the Caribbean. Period. Now; you can by "land" in any country in the Caribbean, for that you need to have $. not necessarily a millionaire.
For example in my country a dollar is about 30 Dominican pesos, so $300,000 Dollars can buy you a nice piece of land, depending on the location too. References : 100% Domincan!

You can’t buy land in Cuba…Fidel doesn’t allow it. You would have to be a billionaire to buy an island anywhere else in the Caribbean.
