Is it possible to get Kaiser HMO through REALTORS Core Health Insurance?

I live in So. Calif and am planning to be a real estate agent. I understand through the National Association of Realtors (NAR), you can get health insurance through them as an agent. I have Kaiser HMO right now and I’d like to continue with them. Is it possible to get Kaiser HMO through REALTORS Core Health Insurance?

if you have kasier now, why would change anything? just keep it and don’t join the NAR health plan. you’re gonna pay for the health insurance either way, whether its out of your pocket or out of your paycheck.

i got a kaiser plan from www.usdirecthealthinsurance.com for $145/mn and i am very happy with it. i will keep it regardless of where i work.

How much do realtors get paid when they RENT apartments for owners?

I’m using a realtor to help me find a apartment in Miami, the owner of the apartment will pay the fee to the 2 realtors (the 1 realtor who listed the rental and the 1 I’m using who found it). How much do realtors charge for this? The apartment is $1800/month

in our area it’s one month. So it’s 1,800 with each broker getting 900 and each agent getting around 450-600.

Buying foreclosed homes is for the experts, and there are plenty of them out there right now looking for the deals. This is dangerous territory if you don’t know what you are doing. On this one you need to make some calls or visit it to find out all the details because nobody is going to be able to give you a good answer based upon what info you have provided.

What are the best/worst places to live in Brooklyn?

Posted by admin on November 24th, 2010 and filed under cheapest realestate | 1 Comment »

Also, taking cost into account. There’s this website: http://nymag.com/realestate/articles/neighborhoods/brooklynheights.htm

that tells how much a 2 bedroom apartment is in each different location…but I have no clue which of these locations are good or bad. If you go to the site, look to the left under Brooklyn to see all of the locations.

What would be the best deal…the cheapest possible apartment, yet in a good environment?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Call an agent! Why not have someone who knows what their doing, do the work for you.
